It starts with WHY.For most people, a house is more than just four walls and a roof. Buying or selling a home is the next chapter in their story and the means for realizing their hopes and dreams. When a customer approaches me to discuss a home sale or purchase...whether they are downsizing, upsizing, buying their first home, buying or selling an investment property, planning a relocation from thousands of miles away or moving six houses down on the same street...my first course of action is to discover their WHY.Understanding their WHY provides me the necessary insight to best guide them toward their end goal...a plan toward retirement, financial security, schools for their children, and/or a particular lifestyle.
